How MLPivot handles information submitted through this website.

Last updated: 2026-09-11

Who this policy covers

This policy explains how MLPivot ("we") handles personal information collected through mlpivot.com. It applies to visitors to the website and to people who send us a business enquiry.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to enter into the contact form. Depending on which fields you complete, this may include your name, company, business email address, website, phone number, project type, expected API volume, budget range, existing technology, desired start date and the description of your project.

For security and abuse prevention, our server also records technical information when a form is submitted, including the IP address, the time of the request and the browser user agent.

The website does not set advertising cookies. A single browser storage entry is used to remember whether you have chosen the light or dark colour scheme; it contains no personal information and is never sent to our server.

Why we use it

  • To read and respond to your business enquiry.
  • To prepare a proposal, scope or estimate if you ask for one.
  • To keep records of business correspondence.
  • To detect and block automated abuse of the contact form.

We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we process contact-form information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and in protecting our systems from abuse, and, where relevant, in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of business correspondence. Technical security logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Service providers

The website is hosted on a commercial hosting service, and enquiries are delivered by email through standard mail infrastructure. These providers process the information only as needed to host the site and deliver the message. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our processing of it. To make a request, use the contact form and describe what you need.

Security

The site is served over encrypted connections. Enquiry data is validated on the server, rate limited, and accessible only to the people who handle business correspondence.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date.

Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form, which reaches us directly.
