Commission-Based B2B Client Acquisition Specialist – Tech & Software Outsourcing

We are a U.S.-based software development company with a team of 50 senior developers
covering multiple technologies (Python, Java, .NET, Node.js, PHP, React, Angular,
mobile apps, AI/ML, blockchain, and custom enterprise platforms). We work with startups,
SMBs, and global enterprises, delivering full-cycle custom development, product
engineering, and technical team extension.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Client Acquisition Specialist who has a proven
track record in selling outsourcing, software development, or technical services to companies.
Your role is to identify potential clients, establish communication, and bring them into our
pipeline. This position is fully commission-based, ideal for someone confident in their
sales abilities and well-connected in the tech/startup world.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients (founders, CTOs, CEOs, project managers, product owners, etc.).
  • Lead outreach via LinkedIn, email, industry platforms, and your existing network.
  • Qualify leads and understand their tech needs, team structure, budget, and timelines.
  • Present our company’s development capabilities and service offerings.
  • Arrange intro calls between the client and our leadership.
  • Close deals and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in software development services or IT outsourcing.
  • Good understanding of software development processes (web, mobile, backend, APIs, AI/ML, cloud, SaaS, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, track leads, and manage your outreach process.
  • Access to your own outreach channels (email, LinkedIn, networking, communities, etc.).

Compensation

This role is commission-based only, with one of the most competitive structures on the market:

  • 10%–20% commission from each closed contract, depending on deal size.
  • Recurring commission for long-term clients (retainers or ongoing development).
  • No cap on earnings — experienced tech sales reps typically close deals worth $5,000 to $250,000+.
